Quality Control Specialist needed in Appleton, WI!  Direct Hire!

Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Control Specialist to add to our client’s growing fabrication team in Appleton, WI! 

The Quality Control Specialist will play a significant role for our client in developing quality systems as well as identifying, communicating, and helping to solve quality process and part issues. You will be working with multiple internal teams on a routine basis and with external customers to ensure quality, APQP, and PPAP requirements are being met. Duties of this position will include developing and maintaining various quality processes within the company (MSA, SPC, Gage R&R and PFMEA), leading continuous improvement efforts, completing PPAP’s, continuously monitoring quality issues, and conducting routine updates with clients regarding product quality expectations and guidelines.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a well-established manufacturing company in Appleton, WI! The standard working hours are Monday - Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm, with flexibility on start and end time. The starting wage is based on experience, $25-30+ per hour. Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of experience in quality inspection, quality management, or related field. 
- Significant experience with APQP and PPAP processes
- Metal fabrication shop experience, preferred.
- Experience working directly with customers, preferred.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
